It began as something I was living, long before I put it into words.

How It Began

This work didn’t begin as an offering.

It began as a process—
of paying attention, of coming back to myself,
and of finding a way to stay there.

At a certain point, I felt the need to put it into words—
to create something my children could return to,
something grounded they could actually use in their lives.

What came through was simple.
Not abstract, not complicated—
just something real.

And over time, it became clear that it wasn’t just for them.

It’s something we all need, in our own way—
a way to come back to ourselves,
and to stay there.
