 Spiritual Awakening is a simultaneous increase of expanding consciousness that occurs when our spiritually energetic bodies connect with our physical bodies. As a human being undergoes the Awakening process, which can progress gradually over many years, that person shifts into perceptions of higher consciousness. These can include increased awareness of energy in the environment, perceiving multidimensional realities, sensing extradimensional entities, and feeling a direct communion with God/Creator of All That Is and the interconnected energy between all things.

Awakening occurs when an individual suddenly realizes that what they have always considered the norm may not be the only way of life. This realization may happen in a single moment or over a period of time. Each person's journey towards Awakening is unique and distinct.

As you awaken, an internal shift occurs within your left brain. This part of your mind is responsible for analytical thinking; thoughts, emotions, and reactions start to operate differently. You become more aware of your daily reality, observing your ego and self from an elevated perspective. This newfound consciousness allows you to see things and understand the world more clearly.

As you go through life in this new golden age, the boundary separating the physical and spiritual worlds gradually disappears. Practicing higher states of consciousness (mindfulness) teaches you to observe your surroundings without forming opinions or passing judgment. Being mindful means being fully present in the moment, detached from your thoughts and feelings, and assuming the role of the observer in your own life. It is a state of heightened awareness that allows you to experience life fully and with an open mind.

The awakening experience leads to a deeper understanding of reality beyond what you have previously considered. As you awaken, you develop an inner knowing, a growing curiosity, and a fierce passion for comprehending what exists outside your current beliefs' limitations. These beliefs are the core systems that contain previous teachings about how the world operates and define your experiences.

In life, specific individuals are gently nudged to explore beyond their immediate surroundings and perceive the larger picture. They start to discover the vastness of the external world while simultaneously diving deeper into their internal world. Others may require a more profound awakening, such as the loss of a loved one, a near-death experience, an accident, or a period of intense emotional turmoil, to truly comprehend the magnificence and complexity of existence.

Most people are born fully awakened as children and can easily experience other dimensional worlds. However, due to the 3D density, children lose their multidimensional access. They are often indoctrinated into their ancestral family lineage, absorbed into the planetary matrix program, shut down by their family, or ridiculed by other children who cannot relate to those experiences or the reality of other worlds.

Due to the significant changes occurring worldwide, millions are awakening to a new level of consciousness. As the geomagnetic fields shift and the density veils thin, more and more people are becoming aware of Observer Consciousness. Moreover, the mandatory lockdowns necessitated by the pandemic prompted many people to reflect on their lives, both external and internal, resulting in a significant number of individuals starting to awaken.

The movement of stars, planets, comets, and asteroids through space affects the solar magnetic field, which in turn impacts the geomagnetic field, influencing collective and individual electromagnetic, chemical, and biological systems on the Earth. During the Ascension process, as we accrete frequency and light, we may undergo a variety of ascension symptoms, physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual-energetic. These transmutational symptoms can be extreme.

The physical body is extremely important during this stage, as what we are here to shift on the earth can only happen while we remain inside an ascending human body.

Many people will be required to effectively slow down and relax, simplify their lives and just breathe, and even isolate themselves from others as the pressure to authentically embody the higher self continues. In the first stages of Embodiment, many people must slow down and conserve in order to release energy blocks in the physical body that have been conditioned from accumulative harmful habits in 3D society, such as patterns of emotional pain or mental anxiety by continually pushing themselves into high-stress situations.

One must learn to surrender to relaxation to undergo embodiment without risking stress and pressure. Developing body awareness is also crucial, and having an exercise or yoga routine can help facilitate the experience of the sensations and feelings that arise during body movements.

The ongoing planetary Ascension on Earth is a profound process that is not solely focused on ascending out of the physical body, although that is one form of Ascension. Instead, it involves a transformation of consciousness and elevating the human experience to a higher vibrational level.
