As the founder and co-creator of HerbaLighTonics and the Heaven on Earth Institute, my work has been shaped by a defining realization early in life—an honest recognition that I didn’t yet know how to truly love myself.

That moment became the catalyst for a lifelong devotion to self-discovery, inner transformation, and the ongoing embodiment of a more authentic, aligned way of being.

Over the past 30 years, I’ve engaged in dedicated study and practice across herbalism, energy-based modalities, and consciousness development. I became a Certified Herbalist in 1997 and a Theta-Healing Practitioner in 2002, and have continued to refine my approach through direct experience, lived application, and ongoing exploration.

Motherhood deepened this path in ways I couldn’t have anticipated—expanding my sensitivity, strengthening my commitment to embodiment, and grounding everything I practice in the realities of daily life.

Over the years, this has naturally taken form through everything I create—shaped through ongoing study, hands-on practice, and a deepening relationship with the plants and mineral elements themselves, as I’ve come to understand how to listen, work with, and learn from them over time.

My herbal creations are designed to support the body’s natural ability to regulate, restore, and return to balance—offering something simple and tangible to work with in everyday life.

At the center of my approach is embodiment—a way of living that invites a return to presence, a deeper awareness of internal patterns, and a more authentic relationship with myself, with God, and the world around me.

Rather than telling people what to do, I focus on living this as consistently and honestly as I can—trusting that when something is truly embodied, it becomes something others can feel and recognize for themselves.

This is the foundation everything else grows from.

The Heaven on Earth Institute grew naturally out of this path—offering a space for deeper study and integration, where what I’ve come to understand can be shared and explored in a more structured, supportive way.

For those who feel called to go deeper, this extends into a certification pathway—offering a way to take what is being lived and understood here and begin sharing it through your own life, relationships, and the spaces you’re part of.

This path is deeply connected to the land where I live.

I live among the redwoods on the Northern California coast—on land that holds immense beauty, and a long memory marked by both sorrow and what has been endured here.

This land is part of the traditional territory of the Wiyot people, whose relationship with this region reflects a way of living in close relationship with the rhythms and intelligence of the natural world.

There is a depth here that’s felt more than explained. People often find their way here for reasons they can’t always name—drawn into a different pace, a different kind of listening, and a quiet invitation to take part in the tending of what remains.

The forest still carries visible traces of that history—massive stumps and second-growth redwoods rising where ancient trees once stood. You can see it. You can feel it.

This history has shaped not only the land, but also the people who have long been in relationship with it.

At the same time, something remains.
And within that, I’ve found myself in a relationship with the land that is less about changing it, and more about learning to listen, tend, and take part in its ongoing restoration.

What’s unfolding here is a living environment for deeper study and integration, where herbal practice, ecological restoration, and embodied living come together.

While this is taking shape as a place you can experience in person, you don’t have to be here for it to meet you.

What I share through the teachings and practices comes directly from this relationship, and it’s something you can begin to work with wherever you are.
