Welcome to Issue No. 1 of The Living Light Journal, a monthly publication of the Heaven on Earth Institute.
This first edition introduces what is unfolding within the Institute—and where to begin.

May has always been my favorite month—so it feels right to begin here.
In this first issue, I’m sharing how it all began, and the foundation this work is built on.
At the heart of it is a simple return—coming back to yourself in the middle of everyday life.This month, I’m shining the spotlight on our founding products—Rose Light and the Instant Shift Kit—where this work first began, and how it takes form in everyday life.

Teaching of the Month

What It Means to "Remember Yourself" 

It’s easy to forget who we are.

We get pulled into roles, responsibilities, expectations, and the noise around us. Little by little, we drift away from our center.

To “remember yourself” is to return.

Not to an identity or a story—
but to the quiet, steady awareness underneath all of it.

It’s the part of you that doesn’t rush,
doesn’t grasp,
doesn’t perform,
and doesn’t need permission to exist.

This month’s teaching is simple:

You are allowed to come home to yourself.
You are allowed to soften.
You are allowed to breathe again.

The Heaven on Earth Institute was built to support this return. The Living Manual for Activated Humans begins with this invitation—something I’ll share more of in the next issue.

This is the foundation of the school, the work, and everything that follows.

What’s Unfolding This Month

The Heaven on Earth Institute is now open, welcoming its first students.

Heart Coherence — Coming Back to Center is available as the foundational place to begin—a training that guides you into a state of being, returning you to heart coherence and establishing the foundation for this work.

The Instant Shift Method follows as the next phase, supporting you in recognizing when you’ve moved out of center and returning to it in real time.

Together, these form the prerequisites for the deeper body of work within the Institute.

The Living Manual for Activated Humans is currently in development and will be released in the next phase.

The Community Classroom is beginning to take shape within the Institute—a space for reflection, shared experience, and ongoing integration. Entry into this space comes through the foundational courses, with deeper access opening over time. More details will be shared in the next issue.

The Community Classroom is included with Heart Coherence — Coming Back to Center and will remain free at this foundational level. A deeper level will open in the next phase for those continuing forward.

This is just the beginning.

Each edition of The Living Light Journal will share what is opening, evolving, and coming next within the Institute.
